The proposed Cowlitz Casino is a huge project will be built in phases over several years, starting with the
Casino which is now said to be at 160,000 square feet.
Renewable energy jobs recruitment firm Acre Resources predicts that at least a thousand jobs would be created for this project, opening up opportunities for local residents. All of this is

The U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs will hire a consultant to do the study, which will cost about $1 million and be funded by the tribe.
A public meeting is being planned in December to identify issues the environmental study should address.
